Our client is a Sheffield based not for profit organisation who have an exceptional people based culture and offer long term opportunities and flexible working.

This role would suit an experienced Senior HR professional who has also worked within finance and ideally has a an accountancy qualification. You will take responsibility for all people and finance strategies, systems and processes across the business and lead the finance and people teams.
People:
Working within a dynamic and ambitious leadership team you will be responsible for the entire people strategy with key areas including attracting and developing talent, employee engagement, performance management and leadership development. You will lead and manage the HR team and ensure all day to day HR responsibilities and development are achieved and where necessary implement new systems and processes in line with the people strategy plan.
Finance:
Alongside the people responsibilities you will also manage a small finance team and be instrumental in the development of the financial strategy, the production of budgets and forecasting. Working with the Group head of finance you will support the business to develop product costings and services pricing models.
