Sewell Wallis is currently recruiting for an established services company based in Leeds. This company is fast paced, leading in their field and are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their team. Ideally, this person will have good Excel skills, will have some experience in a treasury/cash-based role and will be keen to get involved with a fantastic company.

Duties include:
-Updating daily actuals
-Cash planning to ensure cash is available at required times
-Carry out inter company bank transfers as required
-Full monthly reconciliation done efficiently
-Post all cash items from daily review of bank statements
-Organise the intercompany reconciliation process
-Credit card posting and accrual reconciliation

You will:
-Be good with Microsoft packages, especially Excel
-Desirably, have experience within some kind of cash-based role
-Be driven and self-motivated
-Have good attention to detail
-Be adaptable
