Sewell Wallis have a brilliant position available for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a friendly finance team in Chesterfield!We are keen to speak to those who have solid accounts payable experience to hit the ground running in this temporary role. You will be on a fixed term contract of 6 months, assisting the experienced team with all purchase ledger duties. You will be joining a warm and welcoming team, and have the opportunity to take ownership of your own group of vendor accounts!
Duties will include:
-Processing invoices using a 3 way match principle
-Resolving relevant queries
-Complete vendor reconciliations
-Review ages creditors
-Ensure payments are made within terms
What we're looking for:
-Good accounts payable/purchase ledger experience
-Experience with 3 Way Matching (desired)
-A good eye for details
-Work well within time frames
