I am extremely excited to be working with an exuberant and dynamic business who are based in Sheffield. This business are all about developing and working with their staff, so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress.

Due to expansion my client are now looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience with purchase ledger, accruals and prepayments and will ideally have experience working within property or legal previously.

The role;

- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Preparing accruals and prepayments
- Logging invoices
- Payment processing
- Posting and monitoring petty cash
- Liaising with suppliers
- Investigating purchase ledger queries

Requirements;

- Purchase ledger experience
- Experience preparing accruals and prepayments
- Ideally working in property and legal industry previously
- Experience reading leases (desirable)
- Good Excel skills
