Management Accountant

Sewell Wallis are working with the largest UK business of their kind who are growing exponentially looking for a newly qualified Management Accountant.

Responsibilities:

This a fast-paced environment and will involve taking ownership of several tasks and working with a high volume of data;

  • Monthly management accounting and creation of annual statutory accounts preparation.
  • Monthly P&L variance analysis and preparation of monthly reporting packs to the Senior Management team.
  • Assisting the Finance Manager in the creation and maintenance of the quarterly consolidation report.
  • Assist with year-end processes and group accounts preparation.
  • Perform key balance sheet reconciliation tasks.
  • Support with all aspects of the month end close.
  • Supporting on the year end audit, resolving queries with accompanying evidence etc
  • Undertake other projects as required.

Skill set and background:

  • Newly qualified CIMA/ACCA Accountant.
  • Experience working in the property/construction industry.
