Due to someone being on maternity leave, they are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who isn't currently working at the moment or a short notice period.The role;
Post supplier invoices
Check supplier statements
Make monthly supplier payments
Company credit card statement posting
Tidy and maintain ledger
Daily banking sheet
Post/allocate customer payments
Current account bank reconciliation
The candidate;
Purchase ledger experience
Sales ledger experience
Good Excel skills
Experience in a similar role
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Good written and verbal skills
