As well as being Director of our Sheffield office, Kayley also oversees all senior finance and exec level recruitment across South & West Yorkshire, occasionally lending her hand to specialist exec roles that fall outside of her typical finance remit. Having originally studied Architecture at Newcastle Uni, and then ultimately deciding she didn’t want to be an architect, Kayley fell into an internal recruitment role, then took a graduate trainee consultant position, which started her journey to where she is now!

She’s been recruiting into the finance market across the region for over 15 years, with nearly a decade of that at senior level, so has an unrivalled network and knows pretty much everyone!

Outside of work, Kayley spends most of her time with her young children and her family, and when she gets a bit of down time, you’ll find her out for dinner with her friends. She’s recently taken up running too!

What’s your Sewell Wallis speciality?

I’m part owner and Director of our Sheffield office, and I also oversee the senior finance team and recruit at senior finance and exec level across industry, practice and not-for-profit, so as you can imagine, I’m always busy!

What’s your favourite thing about your job?

I get to work with some of the most talented recruiters in the region – they’re an absolute dream to manage and they smash it every single day. The variety of what I get to do is so varied, and it means no day is the same as the last.
