Reducing our carbon output and ensuring our office is managed sustainably is a genuine priority, and we work hard to ensure our supply chain is fully rooted in Yorkshire.

We're mindful of the footprint of our IT use. We use digital tools in place of paper wherever we can to reduce waste, and work with our IT provider to ensure our equipment is well maintained and only replaced when it's come to the end of it's life.

We work with several local charities and partner with local universities to provide career advice to the next generation of talent in Yorkshire.

Carbon Reduction

We've worked hard to reduce unnecessary business travel, using virtual interviews with our candidates, and encouraging lower-carbon ways of commuting across our team. 

We've also begun offsetting our carbon emissions, using Save Trees and Ecologi to plant trees, as part of our ambitions to work towards net zero.
