Our CSR Commitments
At Sewell Wallis, our responsibilities extend beyond day-to-day business. We're committed to making a positive impact in the communities we work in, operating ethically and transparently, and building an environment where our people can thrive. As a recruitment business, we're in a position of trust every single day, standing between the clients who need talent and the candidates looking for their next opportunity, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Community & Giving Back
We work with a number of local charities, both as recruitment partners and in support of their causes. We raise money for causes our staff care about and that reflect current social issues, and our team takes part in volunteering days and fundraising activities throughout the year.
We also work to improve social mobility and employability across the region: we work with a number of universities including Leeds Beckett and Sheffield Hallam, to deliver talks, career advice and CV clinics for students.
Where we can, we try to keep our own spending local too, working with Yorkshire-based suppliers, venues, consultants, lawyers and accountants. We also run local networking events and business breakfasts, and sponsor local awards.
