As well as being Director of our Sheffield office, Kayley also oversees all senior finance and exec level recruitment for South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire, occasionally lending her hand to specialist exec roles that fall outside of her typical finance remit. Having originally studied Architecture at Newcastle Uni, and then ultimately deciding she didn&rsquo;t want to be an architect, Kayley fell into an internal recruitment role, then took a graduate trainee consultant position, which started her journey to where she is now!She&rsquo;s been recruiting into the finance market across the region for over 15 years, with nearly a decade of that at senior level, so has an unrivalled network and knows pretty much everyone!Outside of work, Kayley spends most of her time with her young children and her family, and when she gets a bit of down time, you&rsquo;ll find her out for dinner with her friends.
