  • Keeping your own instructor knowledge and qualifications up to date through ongoing CPD and refresher training.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have a genuine impact on workplace safety, employee development and operational standards.

  • A strong understanding of workplace health & safety, risk assessments, safe systems of work and equipment competency.
  • Experience delivering both practical and classroom-based training.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different learners and levels of experience.
