Head of Bridging Loans

Salary/Rate:£60,000 - £70,000 per annum + bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

About the Role

I'm exclusively working with a growing financial services business who are looking for a a Head of Bridging Loans to business develop for the group as well as specialising in bridging and commercial loans.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to put their broker contacts and networking relationships to use by winning new business and expanding on existing. If you're a dynamic individual and have a passion for driving sales and are looking for organic progression then this is the role for you!

What your duties will look like:

  • Managing a small Bridging and Commercial loans team of two initially, you will be expected to grow the existing client base and then in turn increase the headcount of the department
  • Work closely with the mortgage advisor to be able to give the client a tailored package on which broker would be best suited to them
  • Consistently generating new business and setting up new brokers to the database
  • Being pro active and building up strong client relationships
  • Informing clients about new products and interest rates

What experience you NEED to have:

  • Experience as a bridging loan broker-absolutely key
  • Confident in calling through to clients to expand on business development
  • Have previous experience managing a team and heading up a department
