About the Role

Sewell Wallis is working with a growing company who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for their team based in Leeds.

The Customer Service Advisor role involves handling inbound customer calls and emails, providing accurate information, and resolving queries in a professional manner. You will also be responsible for updating customer records and maintaining database information.

What will you be doing?

  • Answer inbound telephone calls from customers.
  • Respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
  • Update and maintain customer records and databases.
  • Log enquiries and actions accurately.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service at all times.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills and confidence using databases.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Previous customer service experience.
