About the Role
Sewell Wallis are recruiting a Corporate Finance Associate for an Accounting Firm in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
This firm have an excellent reputation, you'll be joining a fast-paced, forward thinking firm with big growth plans. They are looking to secure a driven qualified Accountant who is looking excel their career in Corporate Finance.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting the team across a variety of mandates including buy-side, sell-side and fundraising.
- Preparing robust and well-considered financial forecasts
- Preparation of company valuations
- Preparing sales, investment and funding memorandums
- Communicating with potential acquirers, private equity, debt funders and other key stakeholders
- Preparing financial due diligence reports
What skills are we looking for?
- Qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft software
- Strong communication skills, confident speaking with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Commercial acumen
