Due to further expansion of our business we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Sheffield team with a view to progressing to a Consultant role within 6 months.

The ideal applicant will have previous recruitment related experience however we are also very happy to consider applicants with drive, commitment and tenacity with previous sales or customer service experience that are keen to pursue a career within the recruitment industry.

Duties will include:-

Candidate sourcing via job sites, Linkedin and direct applications.
Writing and posting job adverts.
Interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles.
Arranging interviews for candidates and liaising with them during this time.
Remaining in contact with a large database of candidates.
Producing mailshots.
Taking references / collating relevant supporting documents.

Skills and Experience:-

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Someone goal orientated not afraid of rejection.
Impressive organisational skills and an understanding of the importance of time management.
Strong organisational skills and solution orientated thinking.
Focus on attention to detail.
Motivated by targets and the chance to earn commission.
Previous experience in a customer facing role is desirable.
