This role involves a multitude of responsibilities including involvement in a migration project and liaising between an external bureau which could be really valuable experience for the right individual.
Your duties will include:-
-New Starter data for the bureau.
-Submit P45/P46s to the bureau.
-Change of terms for employees.
-Notify the bureau of sickness absence and clarification of SSP.
-Notify the bureau of any Deduction of Earnings Orders.
-Sick leave instruction and date of leave.
-Manage any changes to terms / rates
-Summation of 4 weekly bonus.
-Summation of 4 weekly overtime premium.
-Monitor employee holidays.
-Monitor and manage subcontract holiday and hours.
This candidate does not need payroll qualifications/experience processing end to end payroll, but does need to understand the current legislation and have a payroll background.
