Sewell Wallis have teamed up with a growing, fast-paced facilities management business in Harrogate to recruit a part-qualified Management Accountant, which will work closely with a large team of accountants to support various client representatives across multiple sites nationwide.Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Working to tight reporting deadlines
- Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with monthly finance reporting
- Accruals & prepayments
- Producing regular forecasts
- Providing cashflow updates and analysis
- Developing strong relationships with external stakeholders
- Assisting with annual statutory audits
- Supporting with training junior team members
This role is suited to someone who is studying towards AAT / ACCA / CIMA, has some experience in management accounting, is comfortable using Excel, can work to multiple deadlines, is able to demonstrate good commercial acumen and is confident communicating at all levels.
You will receive a salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience, study support, hybrid working of only 3 days a week in the office and some fantastic opportunities for career progression.
