Finance Analyst

Job description

I am thrilled to be working alongside this reputable, household name business based in Doncaster!

An opportunity has arisen for an analytical individual to join a strong team to analyse trends and variances and partner with commercial teams within the business to influence decision!

-Provide financial challenge, support and insight to budget holders
-Develop business cases in conjunction with stakeholders, and play key role in driving delivery and tracking performance
-Provide financial analysis, learnings and recommendations to budget holders to support decision making
-Provide weekly financial insight to support review of business performance
-Responsible for the accuracy of month end management accounts, including managing accruals & prepayments on a timely basis and understanding performance drivers.
-Monthly reporting to non-financial managers - trend analysis of key indicators & corrective action plans as required
-Forecasting and budgetary control for specific areas of the business
-Work with team on specific development projects

The successful Analyst will be:-
-Latter stages or qualified ACCA/CIMA
-Experienced in an analytical role
-Strong excel user
