About the role:
- The preparation of accounts and audits for a ranging client portfolio
- Liaising directly with clients at both finance and director level to ensure a smooth audit process
- Working alongside the larger corporate team on group audits
- Assisting with the development of more junior staff
- Managing a portfolio of clients dealing with accounts and liaising with the personal tax team on SATRs
- Attendance of audit and accounts client meetings, building relationships with clients and being the first point of contact for both the finance team and directors
- Effectively planning and managing own workload to meet internal, client and statutory deadlines
Canididate:
- At least level 4 AAT qualified or qualified by experience from working in UK accountancy practice
- Have 1-2 years experience in Audit
- Be able to build strong relationships in the team and with clients
- Experience with Xero and sage
