A growing technology company in South Leeds are looking to appoint and Assistant Management Accountant on a permanent basis.

This role would suit an Assistant Accountant who is completing or has recently completed their AAT.

Exposure to month end processes such as accruals and prepayments would be a massive plus.

Full study support is offered with this role.

Key responsibilities;

To assist in the month end duties to ensure the preparation of accurate monthly management accounts for the operational and finance sides of the business.

Compile and distribute weekly and monthly accounting reports

To assist in the preparation of Management information and data analysis

To support and liaise with the senior Accountant to ensure monthly revenue is in line with expectations and analyse cost centres

To calculate and post accruals and prepayments accurately and review on a monthly basis

To review the monthly accounts and analyse variances
