It is likely that the role will become permanent due to business requirements.
The role will be a mix of financial / management accounts, supporting the day to day accounts function.
The role reports into the Finance Controller.
Day to day;
*Production of the monthly and statutory accounts for subsidiaries
*Collate information for KPIs and produce accounting packs for different levels within the business
*Reconciliations - including; bank, petty cash, invoice financing, balance sheet and general ledger
*Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
*Complete accounts analysis
*Manage cash flows including Invoice Finance
*Answer wide scope of queries and undertake investigative work into errors
*Ad hoc reports to assist other departments including sales and operations
*Ad hoc reports / projects from the FD / FC
*Mentoring junior team members
*Review processes and implement change
*Managing conflicting deadlines, taking ownership and responsibility for your area
