This role for an Accountant could be a career changer for the right individual.

Based in central london which is really easily commutable, offering hybrid working with 3 days in the office and travel to Sheffield on a biweekly basis for meetings with the Central Finance Team!

Your duties as an Accountant will include:-
The role will include:-
-Month-end Reporting
-Variance analysis
-Reviewing & reporting on project performance.
-Preparation of information and documents required for Statutory Reporting
-Tax returns
-Accruals, prepayments, depreciation & other journals.
-Rolling forecast preparation for division.
-Cashflow management and forecasting for division.
-Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- HMRC submissions as required for division.

The successful Accountant will be:-

-Experienced in the Construction industry (ESSENTIAL)
-PQ ACCA/CIMA
-A strong user of Excel
-Experienced in a similar role
-Team player
-Adaptable
-Autonomous
-Strong communicator
-Approachable
-Good time management
-Relationship builder
-Attention to detail
