The ideal candidate has previous experience within customer service and available on an immediate or short notice.

The responsibilities of this role:

- Providing brilliant customer service over the phone and over emails

- Going the extra mile for clients

- Investigating complaints and resolving in a timely manner

- Dealing with inbound calls from internal and external people

- Assisting with the shared inbox

- managing queries in a timely manner

- To participate in training provided by the company
