Sewell Wallis have an opportunity for an experienced Facilities Co-ordinator to join a successful, well-known business in Leeds City Centre to assist during a busy period. They require someone immediately on an ongoing temporary basis however there is a high chance that this role will turn permanent due to growth.

The role: Facilities Co-ordinator
Salary: £9.50 - £10.25 per hour, dependent on experience
Location: Leeds City Centre

Your responsibilities will include:

* Co-ordinate safety procedures for health and safety, first aid and fire
* Act as the designated security representative
* Manage the key cabinet and issue new swipe cards to staff if required - as well as keeping the swipe card system up to date
* Produce monthly departmental management reports for the Facilities Manager
* Issue parking permits and enable electronic access to the car park
* Ensure maintenance repairs are dealt with promptly and effectively
* Ensure all information for contracts is administered correctly and readily available for reference
* Carry out building inspections as required
* Provide cover for reception when necessary
