Job descriptionSewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a Billing Assistant on behalf of our client, a growing, successful business based in North Bradford, to join them on an ongoing temporary position to cover during a busy period.
The role will be reviewed for a permanent position within 3/6 months as the company is growing.
The successful person must have billings experience and a good, solid working background in accounts however they will look at people with good customer service skills who are willing to learn.
* Process bill reversals, write offs and credit notes
* Point of contact for billing queries
* Process quarterly bills
* Submit electronic bills via various systems
* Review reports to ensure compliant
* Set matter budgets and charge-out exception rates
* Assist other teams where necessary
