Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a Talent Attraction Lead for a vibrant and modern based in the centre of York. This is a brand new role created by the company and the chance for someone with a strong background in HR/Recruitment to make their mark and impact the future of the business.
They are highly focused on their employees and host regular social events, and are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to contribute to their planned growth over the next few years.

Main Duties of the role:

-Identify, develop and implement people solutions aligned to the Company's vision and supporting achievement of the Company's strategic objectives
- Providing strong leadership, guidance and support across all areas of people and talent acquisition and management
- Developing and embedding a People Strategy and ways of working in conjunction with the MD
- Identifying future talent gaps to secure a talent pipeline
- Working collaboratively across the business to translate the People Strategy and Transformational Change plans into effective recruitment and onboarding strategies
- Defining, managing and protecting an outstanding candidate and colleague experience that attracts and retains talent and unlocks and maximizes potential
- HR Advisory - providing guidance and support across the employee lifecycle
- Championing, embedding and managing skills, behaviours and their associated processes
- Developing and coordinating a training strategy, to oversee the delivery of training and coaching programmes and identifying and monitoring the success factors
- To lead a review of the Performance Management framework, developing the processes and systems for tracking talent

Essential Requirements:

- 3 years' experience in a Talent attraction/HR role or similar
- Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the candidate and employee experience
- Resourceful and independent
- Highly organised and results driver
- Confident communicator and able to build strong relationships
- Able to engage, evaluate and mentor colleagues

Nice to have:

- Degree or CIPD qualification
