Main duties & responsibilities:
*Report writing with the use of Microsoft Access and an ODBC connection
*Support all users with any IT requests and assistance they require.
*Maintain the companies' servers and the network health.
*Maintain company security protocols and safeguard company data
*Troubleshoot IT related issues
*Manage purchasing of computer related technology.
*Maintain and administrate the ERP database used by company employees
*Setup new user requirements e.g. PCs, Logins, access rights
*Develop new IT solutions to help increase the efficiency of business processes
*Raising purchase orders
*System document sorting i.e. Finance, Sales, HR
*Teach employees basic technical skills when required
The successful candidate will have/be:
*Experience using Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
*Experience using Microsoft Windows Domains and Active Directories management
*Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Access
*Microsoft Office 365 management experience
*Database management knowledge
*A good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
