Sewell Wallis are delighted to be working with our worldwide design manufacturing client who are looking for a Systems Administrator for their Sheffield office. Our client is seeking for an individual who will be responsible for all the system and IT necessities for the company this will entail IT infrastructure, system administration, maintaining their ERP system (Uniplan) and administration duties.

*IT Infrastructure- troubleshooting, maintain servers and networks
*Training new and existing users of the company systems
*Raising purchasing orders for IT equipment
*System monthly maintenance
*Server updates installation
*Production of weekly KPI report from database reports
*Develop and implement new IT solutions to assist the efficiency of the business
*Report writing with the use of Microsoft Access and an ODBC connection
*Create purchase orders and access reports
*Effectively deliver IT/process based projects
*Manage stock checks- in line with company procedures
*Liaise with third party support teams for additional technical support
*Maintain and administrate the ERP database used by company employees
*Maintain the companies Servers and the network health
*Maintain company security protocols and safeguard company data

Ideal candidate:
*2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
*ERP system experience
*Professional demeanor

*Microsoft Office Suite including Access, Microsoft Office 365 management, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Windows Domains and Active Directories management
