The role is a brand new position and has been created to support both the logistics and procurement teams due to an increase in workload.
You will need to be available immediately and have some experience ideally in both administration and supply chain/procurement.
The role will include the following duties;-
- Identify and resolve any issues relating to distribution.
- Escalate issues to the line manager when required.
- Processing relevant documentation.
- Gain quotes for shipments and gain approval from senior members of staff to move forward.
- Ad-hoc administration.
- Manage stock takes with other relevant departments within the business.
