We are delighted to be working with a well-established engineering company located in Chesterfield. Our client is seeking for an experienced Service Administrator who is comfortable working in a fast pace environment and adapt quickly. Reporting to the Service Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and planning for the engineer technicians as well as communicating with customers.

*Source the correct specialist engineer and manage the engineer diaries.
*Face to face communication and handling calls and emails from customers
*Organise engineers and monitor completion of the work, providing updates at regular intervals.
*Conduct follow up calls with customers to ensure all works are completed.
*Ensure the planning process is delivering maximum productivity
*Log planning details on Bespoke ERP system
*Liaise with customers and engineers on a daily basis

Ideal candidate:
*Experience scheduling engineers or in a similar role
*Ability to work in a fast pace environment
*Excellent customer service skills
*Adapt quickly
*Ability to work under pressure
*Strong organisation skills
*Ability to work to a high standard of accuracy and efficiency
*Manage and prioritise workload
