Working closely with the Financial Controller, this is a newly created role and your responsibilities will include:-
Preparing monthly management accounts
Managing cash flow
Managing the month end and year end close process
Ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly
Processing monthly payroll including year end returns, P11D and PSA workings
Creating monthly payroll payments
Managing all aspects of VAT
Assisting with the implementation of process improvements or system changes
Qualified Accountant, ideally ACA/CIMA/ACCA
Knowledge of IFRS reporting standards
Strong technical skills
Proven experience management accounting and payroll
