Sewell Wallis is currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to join a business, with offices in Harrogate.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious qualified Accountant, ideally practice trained to work in a dynamic and high growth organisation.
Reporting to the Divisional Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:-
Budgeting and forecasting
Acquisition accounting
Working closely with senior stakeholders to prepare key management information
Leading strategic finance projects
Reviewing monthly results
Reviewing key finance processes
Maintaining the balance sheet
Business partnering central functions
Supporting ad hoc financial projects
Requirements
Fully qualified Accountant, ideally ACA/CIMA/ACCA
Solid knowledge of accounting standards, financial compliance and focus on financial control
Strong reporting background
Ability to influence the wider business
