We are excited to be working with a leading manufacturing company based in Barnsley who are searching for an experienced Senior Customer Service Manager to join their growing and vibrant team. This is an ideal position for someone who is seeking for a new opportunity and have a passion for leading a team to deliver success.
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000

Duties & Responsibilities:

*Oversee all aspects of the customer service experience
*Lead the Customer Service team to meet targets
*Monitor and review methods of procedures
*Hold meetings with departments to discuss company expectations
*Support the General Manager with team engagement strategies
*Ensure all policies and procedures are carried out by the Customer Service team
*Analysis of data and report on KPI's
*Liaise with management departments
*Work alongside the other senior managers
*Review existing procedures and identify new methods of improvement
