Payroll Coordinator

Sewell Wallis are currently working with a fantastic Sheffield based company who are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their team on a 6 month FTC.

The role is a varied one, with an array of responsibilities, including being part of a migration project which will involve liaising with an external bureau. A valuable learning opportunity for the right candidate.

Your duties will include:
-New starter data for the bureau.
-Submit P45/P46s to the bureau.
-Leaver info.
-Change of terms for employees.
-Notify the bureau of sickness absence and clarification of SSP.
-Notify the bureau of any Deduction of Earnings Orders.
-Sick leave instruction and date of leave.
-Manage any changes to terms / rates.
-Nest Pensions.
-Deductions of Earnings Arrangements / pay overs.
-Summation of 4 weekly bonus.
-Summation of 4 weekly overtime premium.
-Monitor employee holidays.
-Monitor and manage employees hours and holiday.

Candidates do not require payroll qualifications/experience processing end to end payroll, however a good understanding of current legislation and a payroll background are necessary.
