We are currently working with an exceptional manufacturer based in Sheffield who are looking for an experienced payroller, with purchase ledger experience, to join their team.
Working with a friendly, supportive and busy team you will be responsible for both monthly and weekly payroll and will also cover all aspects of purchase ledger. The main responsibilities include:
*Processing payroll on a weekly and monthly basis for over 70 people
*Dealing with SSP, SMP, SPP and other payments.
*Dealing with employee and HMRC queries
*Ensuring RTI submission and processed on time and accurately
*Processing End of Year payroll
*Database management and new starter / leaver admin
*Processing, Coding & Posting of Supplier Invoices
*Matching PO with invoices
*Payment Runs
*Supplier statement reconciliations
*Dealing with supplier queries

This is fantastic opportunity to join a great team and really make a difference. It is essential that you have solid payroll experience and have had some exposure to purchase ledger.
A confident, calm personality is required with excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines. Knowledge of Sage payroll and sage 50 is preferred.
