Your duties will include:
-Monthly payroll for 100+ EE
-Dealing with holiday pay, expenses, bonus payments etc.
-Inputting weekly time sheets
-Month and Year end reporting for payroll
-Ordering stock and supplies
-Postal run
-Purchase ledger
-Sales ledger
-Bank Rec
-Cash-flow
-Petty cash
The successful individual will have:
-Fantastic written and spoken communication
-Above average Excel - intermediate or above
-Organisational and time management skills
-Experience in all of the above duties
-Accuracy and efficiency
-Must hold full UK driving license
