It is a great opportunity for someone to progress within Payroll as CIPP study support is provided.
The role suits a confident individual who is able to adapt quickly and hit the ground running in a new role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Collating payroll information for different employers and dealing with any queries.
Ensuring processes are efficient, streamlined, automated and simple.
Implementing, processing and communication of company benefits.
Calculating statutory payments.
Recording and monitory holidays.
Maintaining files, records and department database.
Organisational tasks to help the manager and team members.
Adding new starters and recording leavers with appropriate forms.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Calculating and input of payroll information to meet tight deadlines
Other ad hoc tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous Payroll experience.
Sage 50 experience (essential).
The ability to prioritise workload effectively.
A willingness to learn and apply new skills.
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
