Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a Part Time Sales Analyst to join a large, reputable services based business on the outskirts of Harrogate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, well respected firm who really do like their employees to develop and progress within the business. The company will offer 30 hours and can be flexible around how these hours are made up on a weekly basis.

The successful candidate will join a friendly, dynamic team and will be given the correct support and guidance to allow them to complete their role to the best of their ability. Reporting into a Finance Business Partner, the Sales Analyst will primarily be responsible for working with the Sales and Project Delivery teams in reviewing costs and supporting on the on-boarding of new clients and contracts from start to finish. Alongside reporting and analytical responsibilities, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to engage in supporting on finance based projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a strong analysis background and has experience of working within a commercial, sales focused environment and is able to challenge and influence key stakeholders at all levels. The role is an extremely exciting role that will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to really develop their skillset and gain some invaluable experience.

The key responsibilities of the role will include -

- Managing the businesses' portfolio of clients
-Reviewing contract costs and preparing monthly commission statements for Sales teams
-Production of monthly sales reports
-Conducting regular analysis on current finance processes and analysis around any improvements or processes that need to be changed to ensure conformity.
-Analysis around business performance and managing customer contracts
-Completing reports and ensuring data integrity remains at all times.
-Ensuring that all processes adhere to business policies and processes
-Assisting with the change management process, ensuring that finance process changes are communicated to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will -

-Have experience of working within a commercial/analysis based role within a medium to large sized business
-Have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable dealing with stakeholders and people at all levels
-Have excellent analysis skills and will be able to explain data and findings to non-finance people
-Have good Excel skills and will be able to understand new software systems quickly
-Have experience of analysing large volumes of data and will have excellent attention to detail
