Job description
Our client is a well known Leeds based business with an excellent reputation and enviable staff retention. They are currently looking for an experienced finance assistant with good all round experience and ideally some exposure to audit.Working within a busy team this is a part time role covering 21 hours per week and will report into the Group Accountant. The key responsibilities include:
Working between various divisions within the group you will be responsible for the control, payments and allocation of inter company balances.
Dealing with associated queried and balance anomalies
Supporting the Tax Manager to ensure all documentation is in place.
This is a varied role with a lot of exposure to the wider finance team so the ability to communicate well and build relationships is essential.Ideally you will have solid finance experience and have good working knowledge of excel.
This is a part time permanent role over 21 hours per week.
