The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and will be responsible for providing reporting and analysis for several areas of the business. There will be a lot of focus upon building and developing relationships with key stakeholders and excellent communication skills will be required as there will be a need to be able to explain financial information to non-finance individuals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a part qualified candidate with excellent Excel skills to really develop and progress their skill set and will provide support to both the Operational Finance team and the Finance Business Partnering Team.
There will be a strong emphasis around providing in-depth analysis and commentary however the role will be varied and will also provide exposure to the month end process.

The main duties of the role will include but won't be limited to :-
-Proactively providing timely, insightful and accurate financial analysis and monthly finance packs to the management team
-Preparing and full responsibility for ensuring that the month end process runs smoothly
-Production of balance sheet reconciliations and analysis around any discrepancies
-Budget preparation and producing information both statistical and commentary based around the budgets and planning and analysis around costings and headcount
-Working closely with key stakeholders and providing reports to present around budgeting and forecasting
-Helping to develop and implement KPI's to help monitor business performance and advising on what indicators are important
-Developing reporting packs and supporting the Finance Business Partners with ad-hoc analysis duties
-Helping to influence change across the business and improving processes and adding value where possible
The ideal candidate will:-
-Be Part Qualified/studying ACA/ACCA/CIMA and will have some analysis and month end experience
-Have experience of working with a number of non-finance stakeholders
-Be ambitious, keen to learn and develop their career in finance
-Be highly numerate with excellent attention to detail and will be able to make sense of complex data and interpret key trends
-Be confident to support and challenge key stakeholders in financial matters with a clear ability and confidence to communicate and present analysis
-Have excellent, ideally advanced Excel skills and will pick up new skills quickly
-Have strong attention to detail and will be able to work towards tight deadlines under pressure
