Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a Consultancy firm, with offices in Leeds city centre.With ambitious growth plans, this newly created role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking to work in a fast paced environment.
Working closely with the Head of Finance and mentoring an Accounts Assistant, your responsibilities will include:-
Preparing the management accounts pack
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Calculating accruals and prepayments
Overseeing transactional finance
Balance sheet reconciliations
Reviewing payments and expenditure
Cash flow forecasting
Preparing VAT returns
KPI analysis
Ad hoc project work
Requirements
PQ Accountant / Finalist / QBE
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Solid IT skills
