Sewell Wallis are excited to be working with a well-established company located in Sheffield. Our client is seeking for an HR Officer on a 3 month FTC to start on an immediate basis to be responsible for the HR policies and procedures and recruitment.

Benefits: £23.5k to £27.5k + 3-month contract + immediate start

Responsibilities:-

*Internal recruitment: creating job adverts, application processing interviewing
*Liaise with Line Managers
*Assist with disciplinary and grievances
*Support managers with solutions
*HR Policies and Procedures development
*Updating and ensuring that the HR system is accurate

Ideal candidate:-

*CIPD level 5 qualified
*Knowledge and understanding of Employee Relations and UK & EU Employment Law
*Experience in recruitment and managing sickness
*Strong attention to detail
