Reporting to the CFO your responsibilities will include:
-Managing a Finance team of 8 staff consisting of qualified, part qualified and transactional team members
-Supporting with a large IT project around integrating a new finance system into the business
-Cash flow forecasting
-Making sure all financial controls improved and firmly in place
-Supporting with various project including identifying potential acquisitions for future company growth plans
-Reviewing the monthly management accounts and signing them off for approval
-Finalising the year end statutory accounts
-Working closely with the credit control manager and reducing all debt in dispute
-Partnering with the CFO and focusing on strategic business plans
-Business partnering across the company including the sales and operational teams
You must be a technically strong accountant with strong knowledge of IFRS.
You will need to be a qualified accountant, ideally ACA, who has experience in managing a finance team and ideally project and system driven. You must be available immediately to be considered.
