Interim Accountant

Job description

Sewell Wallis are working with a market leading business in their search for an Interim Accountant to provide support to the finance function after a recent system implementation. This is a successful business and a great team to be part of, assisting in the integration of accounts for the company.

Reporting into the Financial Controller you'll assist with a wide variety of tasks including;

- Covering accounts for UK, US and EU entities
- Reconciliation work
- On-going to support for month end
- Accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, depreciation, inter-company, bank reconciliations
- Inventory accounting including standard costing, inventory transactional processing
- Departmental cost reporting
- Providing support to the Senior Exec Team
- Providing input to weekly Management Team and monthly Board Meetings

The person;

- Knowledge of recurring revenue business
- Systems knowledge - MS Office and Oracle NetSuite desirable
- Adaptable and able to work unsupervised (remote and office work pattern)
