Sewell Wallis have an urgent requirement for an immediately available qualified Accountant to join one of our clients in Huddersfield on a 4 week assignment - hybrid working / fully remote.This role will suit an individual who has a strong background in year end adjustments, reconciling balance sheets, fund analysis and opening balances, and your responsibilities will include:-
Making any year end adjustments in Sage and reconcile closing balances across a number of sites with the financial statements.
Roll forward to the new year in Sage and reconcile opening balances with closing balances and the financial statements.
Preparing opening balance journals into the new year in PSF (Iris).
Inputting opening balance journals in PSF.
Preparing an opening balance sheet in PSF that reconciles with the financial statements.
Sage and Iris experience is preferable.
