HR Advisor

Job description

Having worked alongside this company on a variation of positions recently, we know that they are in a really strong place in terms of growth and change! Lots of exciting things to come!

This role is an extensive and varied position with the opportunity to implement positive changes with full control of the project!

Your duties will include:-
-The design, development and implementation of policies and procedures
-End to end recruitment
-Managing employment relation
-Advising on remuneration and development of the benefits portfolio
-Administering benefits for employees
-Advising and coaching line managers through employee relation issues including: Performance management, Sickness absence, flexible working arrangements and generally providing suitable guidance, training, and support where required.


The successful candidate will be:-
-CIPD Level 5 (studying/qualified) or equivalent QBE
-Experienced with a strong working knowledge of Employment Laws.
-A thoroughly strong communicator with the ability to adapt communication style accordingly.
