As the Group Management Accountant you will report into the Head of Group Finance who is keen to mentor and advance someone within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will include the following:-
-Manage one finance assistant, holding regular one to ones to support with development needs
-Consolidate and present Group results including commentary and KPI's
-Prepare and consolidate Group budgets and forecasts
-Process improvement work surrounding the budgeting and forecasting cycle, identifying software solutions to enhance the procedure
-Provide assistance to the Head of Group Finance in the development of monthly information
-Improving systems and financial controls set for future growth of the business
-Ad hoc projects surrounding business expansion
-Preparation of the monthly business review reports for the Board
-Balance sheet and cash flow management
-Working and coordinating with trading entities to schedule commentary and presentation materials for budgets/forecasts
To be suitable for this role you must be highly motivated and used to a highly fast paced organisation where you role is constantly busy and growing. You must be able to influence at a senior level and be confident in working closely with a Global CFO. You will be a post qualified accountant, 2-4 years ideally and have a background within accountancy practice however this is not essential.
