We are currently helping them to find their next Group Financial Accountant, to take on a pivotal role within the next part of their growth strategy. The role will suit someone, personable and ambitious, who is looking to work underneath a Group Finance Manager with great values and leadership skills.
As the Group Financial Accountant, your role will include the following day to day duties, alongside being highly project focused:-
- Work closely across the entire finance function, local and regional, to deliver high quality Group reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Be prepared to get involved in some interesting financial/strategic projects on a regular basis as the business continues to grow
-Prepare monthly consolidations for multiple international countries
Prepare Group P&L, balance sheet and cash flows
- Maintain reconciliations between management and statutory accounts
- Review monthly submissions from subsidiary companies
- Provide feedback and training to the wider finance team when required
-Support with implementing new processes and procedures
Aside from being a qualified accountant (ideally practice trained) you will be someone who enjoys interacting with the wider business and is passionate about ensuring finance remain an integral part of the organisation through the value they can add.
