The Role -
Support the external sales team with a variety of sales and office tasks.
Creating and maintaining links between the sales team and customers.
Customer facing solutions provider.
Ask questions to understand the customer requirements.
Sell additional services by recognising opportunities to up-sell account, explaining new features.
Directing prospects to the field sales teams when appropriate.
Arranging appointments for field sales teams.
The Candidate -
Suitable candidates will;
Be a recent graduate (ideally 2.1 or 1st class degree) in a relevant specialism - including Business Studies, Marketing, etc.
Have excellent communication skills.
Be motivated by targets.
Work well as a team and under pressure.
Customer Service facing.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills to ensure understanding across cross functional disciplines.
Proven exceptional planning and organisation skills.
Inquisitive - questions and challenges the status quo.
Professional telephone manner.
Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Office - Excel / Access database systems and proficient in email and other digital communication mediums.
