Sewell Wallis are delighted to be working alongside an international manufacturing company based in Sheffield, who are looking to add a Graduate IT Engineer to their team. The job role encompasses all the IT requirements for the organisation. The main areas you will be required to handle are; any internal IT requests from the other departments, the maintenance of the IT Infrastructure for the company, development of new technological based solutions.

Main duties & responsibilities:
*Report writing with the use of Microsoft Access and an ODBC connection.
*Support all users with any IT requests and assistance they require.
*Maintain the companies servers and the network health.
*Maintain company security protocols and safeguard company data
*Liaise with third party support teams for additional technical support.
*Maintain and administrate the ERP database used by company employees
*Setup new user requirements e.g. PCs, Logins, access rights
*Develop new IT solutions to help increase the efficiency of business processes
*Teach employees basic technical skills when required

The successful candidate will have/be:
*Experience using Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
*Experience using Microsoft Windows Domains and Active Directories management
*Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Access
*Microsoft Office 365 management experience
*Networking knowledge
*Database management knowledge
*A good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
